Your Rights & Responsibilities

Oobet (oobet.im) is an online betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between oobet and its users ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to every login, betting activity, transaction, and use of the platform.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are entering this agreement voluntarily, with full awareness, and without any external pressure. If you disagree with any condition, please stop using the platform and contact our support team.

Oobet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Upon your first login following any changes, you will be prompted to accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

To open an account with oobet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated immediately.
• You must register with accurate and complete information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing access to your account with anyone else is not permitted.

After registration, oobet reserves the right to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. This is done solely for your protection.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on oobet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless oobet decides to void it due to incorrect odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, oobet reserves the right to void the affected bet and issue a refund.
• Pre-match bets close once the match kicks off. Live betting is only available for matches currently in progress.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 100. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

Oobet reserves the right to restrict any bet or account if unusual betting patterns or system abuse are suspected. The affected member will be notified in such cases.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on oobet:

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — this policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day may require additional verification.

Oobet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, which are governed entirely by their own policies.

The following general conditions apply to all oobet bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and conditions, all of which are stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable once the required wagering conditions are met.
• Bonus validity is generally set between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Oobet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oobet platform:

• Participating in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

Oobet may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete account verification or providing false information.
• You voluntarily request account closure yourself.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

You can close your account at any time. Before doing so, make sure there are no pending bets or withdrawal requests. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed.

Oobet accepts no liability for the following:

• Any bet affected by an internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• If your account information is compromised due to your own negligence.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, etc.) causing a service disruption.

Oobet keeps your personal information strictly confidential. Your name, address, phone number, and financial details are never shared with any third party — except where required by law.

We collect usage data to improve the platform and personalise your experience. Any sensitive financial information is stored in encrypted form.
